Dimmitrol Tablets (Diethylcarbamazine citrate) are indicated for the prevention of heartworm disease in dogs. Dogs older than 6 months should be tested before commencing diethylcarbamazine.
Tablet dosage: give daily at a dose rate of 5.5mg per kilogram of bodyweight.
