Description

Heartgard³⁰ Plus is a beef chew which, if given to your dog monthly according to directions, prevents heartworm disease and treats and controls hookworm and roundworm infections.

Composition: Ivermectin, Pyrantel emboate.

Dosage: Ivermectin 6 microgram/kg and pyrantel 5 mg/kg bodyweight once a month. May be offered by hand or given with food.

For dogs up to 45 kg bodyweight, give 1 cube containing ivermectin/pyrantel embonate appropriate to the dog's weight as follows:

• 11 kg and below – Ivermectin 68 microgram/pyrantel embonate 57 mg (Blue pack).
• 12-22kg – 136 microgram/114 mg (Green pack).
• 23 to 45 kg – 272 microgram/227 mg (Brown pack). Over 45 kg. Give an appropriate combination of cubes.
